Location - decent very close to the centre and the city center. Also, in a good neighbourhood. Tastefully decorated room available with large windows, 3 adult beds, as example. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.

The room was beautiful and tidy with 3 adult beds, I felt comfortable there. Coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator were available in the kitchen. The location in the center of Amman was marvellous and magnificent.

The staff was proactive and attentive, ensuring ease during our check-in process and making us feel welcomed from the start.

The room cleanliness was below expectations, as we found dust on the furniture and the bathroom door did not close properly, which affected our comfort.

excellent access to parks and cultural landmarks for leisurely strolls

Staying here was a delight, as I could easily walk to the beautiful Prince Hashem Bird Garden just about 1 km away and enjoy the lovely green spaces and views. Being only a short stroll from the iconic Royal Cultural Center made my city explorations so much more vibrant.

I expected a room upgrade for the inconvenience, but all I got was a noisy street and poor breakfast. I almost gave a good review, but alas, I just couldn't. Disgraceful. Not coming back.
